what goes up must come down

Yeah...my life sucks. right now. Just now, just right in this moment, I REALLY hate what I study and see no point in it! OMG...freaking neuroscience is driving me nuts. Why should we care about phototransduction, is the visual pathway really that important? Seriously. Seriously. Seriously, I don't give a shit.

See the new year week was SO MUCH FUN, you know, especially on retrospect when all that is left in my life now is studying. Again. Mahjong, eating too much, wasting too much time visiting, counting all the ang bao money, eating too much, eating too much, eating too much...was SO MUCH fun. it's ok...cos what goes down must then come up again. just in a really really really long time away.

In 2 weeks' time, school will be over! No more nice big lecture theatres where you can see everyone everyday. No more sitting together in my cosy little comfort group. No more school bus uncles!!! But I guess change is good. We all resist changes, but when we are in it, there is still something to look forward to! We could always look forward to the point in time when we find our new point of equilibrium and our new comfort zones again. You'll be my comfort zone selfel! We'll make it together alright! We must not become troublesome girls. YEEKS.

But yes...of course we should look more short-term first, and it's back to the irksome neuroscience.
